J4 / CALLYARD

FOR PLUMBING, HVAC, ROOFING, DRAIN, AND LOCAL SERVICE SHOPS

A small business helping small service businesses keep more of the work they already earned.

Catch the calls, forms, and follow-ups that get missed on a busy day.

Crews are out. Phones are ringing. Customers need answers. You shouldn’t have to chase every loose end after dinner.

CallYard helps turn the everyday misses into a short, clear path to booked work.

Your crew is out doing the work. The next customer still needs a fast next step.

Busy shops lose jobs in small cracks. That’s what we help clean up.

WHY J4 EXISTS

We’re here for the owner who’s carrying too much.

A lot of service-company owners came up through the trade. They know the work. They know customers. They also get stuck carrying the office pile: missed calls, quote requests, old voicemails, weird listings, and follow-up that nobody owns.

J4 was started to serve small businesses with useful help. Not more noise. Not a fancy dashboard. CallYard is built to take small but costly jobs off the owner and manager so the business can keep moving.

WHAT WE FIX

Small misses that can turn into lost jobs.

Missed calls

Somebody calls with a leak, repair, or estimate request. Nobody can grab it. We help get them a fast text or callback path before they call the next company.

Slow forms

A quote form lands in email and sits. We help send the right next step fast, then put it where the right person sees it.

Confusing listings

Wrong names, old numbers, weak profiles, bad links. We help clean up the path so customers know they found the right shop.

The owner follow-up pile

Voicemails, forms, callbacks, and “I’ll do it later” notes become a short list. Less memory work for the owner or manager.

WHAT THE INSTALL LOOKS LIKE

We keep your part small.

  1. We look first

We check what customers already see: phone, listing, form, booking path, reviews, and obvious dead ends.

  2. You get one fix

Plain English. Usually one screenshot. No long report. No homework.

  3. You approve it

If it makes sense, you say yes. If access is needed, we ask for one thing. Not ten.

  4. We set it up

Text-back, routing, faster replies, listing cleanup, after-hours next step, or a simple daily list.

  5. You see what changed

The missed call, form, or follow-up has a cleaner path to a booked job. If it doesn’t, we adjust or stop.

WHAT THIS FEELS LIKE

Less “did anyone call them back?”

A homeowner calls while your crew is under a sink. A quote request comes in after dinner. A listing sends people to the wrong name. Those aren’t huge problems by themselves. But they cost money when they stack up.

CallYard catches it, routes it, summarizes it, and keeps it off your mental list.

Before: “Did anyone call that person back?”

After: “They got the next step.”

Before: “I’ll check that tonight.”

After: “It’s already on the short list.”

Before: “Why does Google show that old name?”

After: “The public path is cleaner.”

PRICING THAT HAS TO MAKE SENSE

One recovered job should be able to make the month worth it.

First fix: free, before you pay us anything.

Install: usually $750–$1,500 depending on what needs to be fixed.

Monitoring: $300–$500/month after the workflow is live.

No long contract. If we can’t find and fix a practical recovery gap in the first 30 days, there’s no month-two payment.

We can’t promise every caller buys. We can promise this won’t be vague advice. It has to make the path to booked jobs cleaner, faster, and easier on the owner.

WHO WE SERVE

Service companies where every real call matters.

Plumbers / Drain companies / HVAC shops / Roofers / Electricians / Garage door companies / Remodelers

If your team is working hard and the business still loses jobs in the cracks, CallYard is built for you.
