PRICING / PROPOSAL EXPLANATION
Customer #1 rescue offer through Oct 31.
Same-day upgrade-risk memo: USD 290.
Send one repository and one version-change goal. J4 returns a short, repo-specific upgrade-risk memo: blocker map, safest first paid fix path, and pass/fail proof criteria. If the memo is not useful, you do not pay.

A small, fast yes.
Direct buyer or agency: USD 290 for one same-day repo-specific readiness memo, credited toward any larger J4 upgrade proposal. If the buyer wants execution, the first contained proof-first upgrade slot is still available at USD 490, payable only after agreed checks pass.
The offer is intentionally narrow: one repo, one upgrade path, no production access by default, and a written proof bar before any upgrade work. It is not a security audit, compliance certification, staffing retainer, or bug-free guarantee.
The standard offer
ONE framework major-version upgrade, such as Rails 7→8, Django 4→5, Laravel 10→11, Symfony 6→7, Express 4→5, or Spring Boot 2→3, delivered as a pull request with a verification report. Standard retail price: USD 990.
Agency price
For agencies and fractional CTOs, the wholesale price is USD 690 per eligible framework major-version upgrade. The agency controls the client relationship. J4 does not contact the agency's client unless explicitly authorized.
What the proposal includes
- Repository and framework/version scope.
- Acceptance proof: required tests/checks and what counts as pass/fail.
- Known exclusions and limitations.
- Price and payment timing.
- Refund path if the accepted proof was not actually met.
IMPORTANT LIMIT
Proof is evidence, not a warranty that no bugs exist.
Payment-on-proof means the agreed checks passed. It does not mean the application is bug-free, secure, compliant, or ready for production deployment without your own review.
